The dynamics of the small groups we intermingle with have an enormous influence on our lives. Those we are surrounded by play crucial roles that go beyond the label or title of parent, sibling, partner, colleague, or friend.
Discovering each individual within a distinct group is a rather intriguing journey, and there is a huge amount to learn about ourselves in the process. It may be very difficult for us to reveal our authentic selves around such groups.
Or perhaps you find yourself in emotionally challenging situations with difficult individuals with no resolution in sight, and would like to offer them the opportunity to join you on your sessions. A third, neutral perspective may be all those relationships need.
