As masters of self-denial, ignorance, and emotional manipulation, we struggle to face who we truly are when we're on a superficial or ego level, and we fail to connect to who we are on a soul level. We get lost in our perpetual judgment, our blame and our shame, our predictable lifestyles and our comfortable and rigid mindsets. We live good lives until we don’t.
We suffer silently in our dissatisfaction, in our pain of an unresolved past, in our compromised states. We live the reality of a life unlived until we die, lonely, unloved, misunderstood, unhealthy, bitter, and full of regret. Even that unhappy yet rather realistic ending need not be so, although for most it is, so. You have the power to shift the paradigm and rewrite your script.
Nope, it ain't an easy thing for anyone to do, but it is doable and something only you can do, or not.
